- Deliver a warm welcome and ensure that all internal and external guests and retail customers receive a quick, efficient, and professional experience within the Cafe, Event, Room, or Hard Rock Store. - Be the ultimate guide throughout the guest journey. Hard Rock merchandise is a unique part of our business, which requires a special person to create the experience. You will be a tour guide, communicator, entertainer, memorabilia curator and musician (at heart).

What we look for

- Highly guest - focussed with a passion for great service and a drive for guest satisfaction. - Comfortable in a front line role facing the public. - Excellent sales ability. - Empathetic and able to build relationships. - Accurate with good attention to detail. - Able to create a positive first impression and be an ambassador for Hard Rock and glh. - Can demonstrate commercial awareness within the context of their role. - Flexibility - willingness and ability to respond to changing circumstances and expectations readily. - The ability to support other team members by carrying out reasonable tasks when it's required.
