Guest Services Executive Full Time Position – £22,000

Your role in our family:

 At all times strives to represent Sopwell House in the most professional, courteous
and efficient manner  To use knowledge of guest preferences to enhance the guest experience  Provide guests with a 5-star luxury customer service thriving to go the extra mile
at all times  Ability to assist guests with special requests and reservations to local restaurants,
activities and any transportation requests  Handles any guest concerns and complaints with empathy and using a hospitable
manner  To be a “brand ambassador” at all times ensuring brand integrity and clarity  So much more!

What would make you the perfect fit?  Previous experience working in a Front of House supervisor position, Guest
Relations Officer, Guest Services Supervisor  Two to three years working as a supervisor or assistant manager in Rooms  Knowledge of hotel operations and specifically Rooms Division  Strong and professional communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)  Able to perform the tasks of a Front of House Receptionist  Excellent customer services skills
