We are looking for people who are passionate about hospitality and great service to join our Guest Services Team. As Guest Services Team Member you will work closely with all the departments to garantee a warm welcome and great service to our guests from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. You will assist the GSM with improving GRI, NPS and response rates for the hotel, responding to guest feedback on tripadvisor, booking.com , expedia and all other relevant channels and ensuring that all opportunities are taken both to promote GLH products to our guests and increase customer base. If you are enthusiatic about having the opportunity to really get to know your guests, anticipate their needs and deliver a truly personalised experience, then this role is for you.

* Guest focussed with a passion for great service and a drive for guest satisfaction; * Comfortable in a front-facing role; * Empathetic and able to build relationships; * An open personality who is relaxed and natural in their interactions; * Accurate, organised with good attention to detail and able to multi-task; * Creates a positive first impression and is an ambassador for the brand and GLH; * Demonstrates commercial awareness within the context of their role.
