The Role

As ‘Guest Services Assistant’ you’ll be on the front line, delivering on our mission!

You’ll be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.

What’s in a day’s work?

* • Top quality customer service
• Working as part of a great team
• First point of contact for our guests
• Checking guest in and out, processing payments
• Good knowledge of the hotel facilities and services we offer
• Ensure the bar, restaurant and meeting rooms are set up, checked and are to company and brand standards
• Work flexibly across the department as the team requires
• Ensure all hotel services are provided in line with guest requirements.
• Assist the handling and resolving of guest problems or complaints, recording it on to a service recovery form.
