The Exciting Opportunity

The position of Guest Service Manager - Nights has become available at Holiday Inn Express Cheltenham . Reporting into the Senior Guest Service Manager, you will be responsible for carrying our the night audit, printing reports, preparing arrival for next day, preparing breakfast. The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.

Holiday Inn Express® Cheltenham Town Centre hotel is an ideal base to explore Cheltenham's many charms, with family favourite Sandford Parks Lido and the iconic Pittville Pump Room both under a 10-minute drive. The surrounding area has plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Cheltenham station is 10 minutes' drive away, giving access to Bath and Cardiff in around an hour, with Birmingham Airport even closer. You can reach the Cotswolds in less than half an hour.
