The Guest Service Agent will be required to represent Eagle Cottages and The Cabins at Gulf State Park in a professional manner, with a dash of upbeat and positive personality. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for, but not limited to:

* Greeting guests on arrival, departure, and throughout their stay

* Processing check-ins and check-outs

* Answering phone calls and responding to e-mails

* Troubleshooting and problem resolution

* Providing information on Gulf State Park, its nine ecosystems, and the surrounding area

* Develping an experiential itineray to enhance the guests stay

* Understanding the National Geographic Unique Lodges of the World vision

* Maintain a committment to conservation and sustainable practices

* Anticipate the guests needs and follow through

* Displaying empowerment when taking care of the guest

To be considered, the applicant must possess the following:

* A professional and positive demeanor, with an interest in enhancing the guest experience

* Working knowledge of property management systems, such as RezStream and WebRezPro

* Working knowledge of additional software, such as Outlook, Excel, Word

* Ability to work up to 10 hours a day, including weekends and holidays

* Ability to walk up and down stairs

* A motivated personality who can work as part of a team
