The Exciting Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join The Gantry London Curio Collection as a Guest Experience Manager, located in the area's most famous sporting venue, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in the heart of East London Stratford.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone with exceptional verbal and communication skills, able to provide a 5* experience through personalised guest journey.

You ideally are a hospitality professional who has worked in a Front Office role, who has a positive can-do attitude, acts as a liaison with other departments and excellent attention to detail. Experience in ONQ is advantageous but not essential.

This is a hands-on role and the successful applicant must be able to multi-task, anticipate guests needs, support the Front of House operation and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities, and demonstrate knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area.

Where Will You Be Working?

The Gantry is due to open in November 2021 and will be an exciting 291-bedroom hotel with a sky bar boasting views across Queen Elizabeth Park and the London Skyline, 1st-floor destination bar and a restaurant with 2 external terraces.
