You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Officer is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
Working Shift patterns typically consist of 11pm-7am
You will have or be studying towards a Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management. Excellent level of written and spoken English to equivalent IELTS 6.0. Experience in a similar environment would be an advantage.
