Your responsibilities as a Front Office Team Leader will include:

- Ensure that the Front Office team provides efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous service to our guests

- Ensure that the team offers an outstanding experience to our guests at all time be it at arrival, whilst staying with us or at departure

- Monitor that the Front Office team adhere to hotel and Park Plaza Hotels corporate guidelines and service concepts

We are looking for

The ideal Front Office Team Leader will:

-Understand the role of the Reception department and is experienced in dealing with guest complaints

-Have supervisory skills

-Experienced in hospitality and has working knowledge on how a hotel runs

-Knowledge of Opera

-Excellent customer service skills and is passionate about exceeding guest expectations

-Possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

-Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!
