The Exciting Opportunity

The Front office manager contributes to RBH's goals and values by supporting the deputy general manager with managing the front office team.

Holiday Inn London- Camden Lock, a stylish gem in the heart of vibrant Camden Town, right along Regent's Canal and a few minutes walking distance from Camden underground. What Are We Looking For?

We're looking for an individual whose key responsibilities are;

* To embrace and display our brand service skills and behaviours to ensure exceptional service. Train and empower our front office team to achieve our guest satisfaction targets.

* Prepare daily guest arrival reports and communicate it to the team. Visible in our open lobby area to meet and greet our guests and VIPs of the day. Respond to all guest queries as per our standards.

* Implement strategies to maximise room revenue and control departmental cost. Take part in the preparation of the annual budget for the department.

* Recruit, coach and develop the front office team. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure efficient and seamless operation of front office department.
