Your responsibilities as a Front Office Host / Hostess will include:

* To ensure the smooth organization of guest movement on both the Ground and Lobby floor, being a point of contact for guests to direct and inform to and about hotel outlets in order to ensure a seamless guest journey for all arriving and departing guests.

We are looking for

The ideal Front Office Host / Hostess will:

- Be able to differentiate between different guest types and in-house guests

- Be able to demonstrate experience in complaint handling

- Be able to deliver excellent guest service every day

- Pro-active team player who easily connects with others.

- Passion for the hospitality industry

- Excellent customer service skills and is passionate about exceeding guest expectations

- Able to work in a fast paced working environment and remain calm under pressure

- Possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!
