Description

We are THORPE PARK Resort and we are recruiting for a Food & Beverage Unit Manager!

We are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Unit Managers, to look after one of our Restaurants on Resort. Reporting into our Cluster Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to be a part of our permanent team! You will be hands on, whilst motivating and developing your team to deliver service to the highest standard, ensuring we exceed the expectations of all our guests through preparation, production and service. Key measurables include mystery shop scores, Food safety and Health & Safety compliance, customer satisfaction KPI targets and also ownership and delivery of profit and loss accounts.

In addition to this, as a Food & Beverage Manager, you will support your assistant managers operationally, whilst focussing on their strategic development through coaching, delegation and personal development plans; in-line with the department recruitment, retention and growth strategy for 2018 and beyond!

We’re looking for the following skills and experience;

* You’ll be a passionate leader whose previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry has given you the high-level operational perspective you need

* You will have previous experience of managing in high volume, quick serve restaurants where customer satisfaction is of the highest priority

* You’ll drive excellent customer service, using the mystery shop programme making creative changes to improve the results

* You will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of all aspects of profit & loss accounts and a sound understanding of food hygiene and health & safety policies

The salary for this role is 22k - 24k.

This role is Full Time, Permanent, averaging 40 hours per week and will include weekends and bank holidays as required.
