If you are keen to deliver 4-star service and hospitality, and want to create amazing and memorable guest experiences then you are exactly what we are looking for.

We have roles available at all levels including: bar shift leaders, restaurant shift leaders, restaurant and bar servers, bar lounge hosts, cocktail servers, and food & drinks runners. If you are a recent hotel or hospitality graduate who is looking for experience and progression, or someone who wants to get onto the first step of a career in hospitality then one of these roles may suit you.

If you have good specialist food and drink knowledge, especially around cocktails, whisky, gins and wine then this would make you a very strong candidate. Equally, if you have no experience whatsoever, but can demonstrate a can-do attitude and a real commitment to customer service then you would be a great asset to the team as well.
