The Exciting Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join The Gantry London Curio Collection as a Food and Beverage Outlet Manager, located in the area's most famous sporting venue, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in the heart of East London Stratford

What Are We Looking For?
-

We are looking for a dynamic and talented individual who has a passion for F&B and has extraordinary leadership skills.

You ideally have experience in restaurant and bar background and have led a team previously. You have outstanding organisational skills, a great personality, and good knowledge of the F&B industry.

The successful candidate has to take ownership of the role and be able to create a vibrant and enjoyable environment for the F&B team and hotel guests and clients. This is a hands-on role so you have to lead by example and assist your team during the service when needed.

Where Will You Be Working?

The Gantry is due to open in November 2021 and will be an exciting 291-bedroom hotel with a sky bar boasting views across Queen Elizabeth Park and the London Skyline, 1st-floor destination bar and a restaurant with 2 external terraces.
