and bar offer guests a relaxing environment to enjoy good food and drinks, served by friendly staff. Food & Beverage Assistant The opportunity has arisen for the right individual to join our hotel’s restaurant team as a Food &
Beverage Assistant, working as a member of our waiting staff, providing friendly and efficient
breakfast service to our guests, reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager.
Candidate Attributes: Experience of working in a hotel or other professional restaurant environment Good knowledge of health and hygiene practices Willingness to learn new skills and develop Present to guests in an friendly and helpful manner Positive attitude, with a ‘Can Do’ outlook in relation to duties Reliability and punctuality
Candidate Responsibilities: Deliver high quality service to guests, visitors and fellow staff members Serve food and beverage during breakfast and dinner service Handle guest enquiries and requests in a timely manner, referring details to other members
of staff and management, if unable to directly assist Become fully knowledgeable of all hotels facilities and have confidence to ‘up sell’
