The Exciting Opportunity

The position of Food and Beverage Manager, has become available at Bridgewood Manor Hotel & Spa. Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Managing the day to day activities for the Food & Beverage departments - Restaurant, Bar, Meetings and Events.

* Delivering high quality Food and Beverage experiences to all our customers to ensure we give exceptional service and a lasting impression.

* Monitoring and reviewing productivity, food quality, and service all whilst leading, training and constantly improving the performance of your team.

* Coaching and developing team members.

* To take overall operational responsibility for the F&B areas within the hotel, ensuring that the operation of these areas is maintained consistently to the standard required.
