The Venue…

In the style of a classic Chicago grill, the Hoxton Grill is a buzzing neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Shoreditch. With comfortable banquette seating, bar, lounge and outdoor space, it is the perfect place to meet and eat in a relaxed atmosphere.

The menu features American classics such as NY Strip, grilled seafood and Cobb salad, all made from the best seasonal ingredients available.

An old-fashioned long bar serves classic cocktails, tonics, wines and bites. With guest DJs on Fridays and Saturdays, Hoxton Grill is one of Shoreditch’s most popular late-night destinations.

The Role…

We're seeking an experienced Floor Manager. If you have a passion for service and hospitality, and have at least 2-3 years of Floor manager/supervisor experience from busy, high volume venue, then we want to hear from you! Whilst at work, you will be required to:

Leading & guiding the service with the Restaurant.

Manage a team

Providing active operational support to the service team

Supervising & controlling the set-up and mise-en-place

Arranging & holding daily briefings, as well as giving trainings

Supporting the department manager with all administrative workload, as scheduling, time attendance, and financial closure of shifts.
