The F&B management is the development and implementation of a strategy in order to fulfill the objective of increase sales and is also the management of overall operation of Food & Beverage and its team.
To manage the restaurant, bar and functions. Promote food and beverage sales. This is a full time position and as we are a hotel, the shift pattern would reflect the need to cover breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts. Definitely a hands on working roll paying particular attention to customer service, extra smile and ensuring that the team understand the need for excellent service.
Our hotel has an excellent restaurant and Bar Lounge, So we would expect your experience to reflect both function and restaurant management.
