Being a Memory Maker as a F & B Reservationist

In this role, you will become part of the Edwardian family and work within Central Reservations in Radisson Blu Edwardian Sussex

* To co-ordinate and manage all administrative functions for the Reservations Department.

* To ensure the smooth running of the restaurant by supplying the correct reservation information to the relevant shift manager.

Key Requirements

* Take reservations, cancellations, confirmations and assist the team in all operational tasks.

* Participate in and help the reservations department to meet restaurant standards at all times.

* Ensure that all reservations are made consistently and according to the standards.

* Consistently achieving Gap and internal call quality assurance targets.

* Ensuring all financial procedures are verified and adhered to when processing reservations.

* Ensure that all correspondence is processed timely and handled correctly according to the standards.

* Keep guests updated with relevant promotions and product enhancements.

* Stay updated with developments in the restaurants and the current special offers/promotions/packages.

* Ensure all needs are recorded to make the guest feel special on arrival.

* Conduct oneself in such a manner as to reflect the company’s standards. Act as a role model for all staff to emulate.

* Develop and update files on regular diners and VIP guests, including contact details, likes and dislikes and other general information.

* Maintain communication with management regarding any issues or special requests in relation to guests and reservations.

* Follow the training manuals and scripts to ensure consistency at all time.

* Maintain communication with management regarding any issues or special requests in relation to guests and reservations.

* Liaise on a daily basis with Food & Beverage Service Excellence Reservations Manager.
