The Exciting Opportunity

The position of Events Co-ordinator has become available at Stratford Manor Hotel. Reporting into the Cluster Events Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Communicating effectively with all Hotel departments to ensure the smooth running & success of all events, including the production of detailed function sheets/BEO's and menus for all bookings

* Handling incoming event and conference enquiries in accordance with our Brand Standards

* Where appropriate to meet & greet clients on site & provide any support they need for a successful event

* With the support of your manager, you’ll work on driving conversion, through your confident sales and negotiation skills.

The successful applicant for this role will be able to display great leadership skills, deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.

Stratford Manor Hotel is located in the outskirts of the historic town of Stratford-Upon Avon and provides easy access to the whole of Warwickshire. With conference facilities catering for up to 700 delegates at any one time, this hotel caters for a range of guests, coming for business or leisure. What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. Previous operational knowledge and experience of IT Events Diary Management system, preferably Delphi is an advantage.
