The Exciting Opportunity
We are currently looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Events Operations Assistant, looking to make a really fantastic contribution to our business
As the Operations Assistant you’ll support the Conference and Events Operations Manager to lead, inspire and motivate the team to give exceptional, inspired service and a lasting positive impression making sure that our customers have everything they need to enjoy their meeting / events experience at the Oxford Belfry Hotel.
Our Event Operations team thrive on pressure and are motivated by providing an experience that is individual to our customers needs.
You will ensure the department is ready for service and ensure the operation is left ready for the next shift, both in terms of the physical look & feel of the Meeting / Event rooms. The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.

The Oxford Belfry Hotel is set in 17 acres of ground, located less than half an hour’s drive from the historic city of Oxford. With conference facilities catering for over 900 delegates at any one time, this hotel caters for a range of guests, coming for business or leisure. What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. Experience of/with (insert desirable experience) is preferable but full training is provided.
