We are recruiting for a Door Person to join the team at Rosewood London.

As the first point of contact for the hotel you will be an ambassador for hotel and be insightful, resourceful and have the ability to fully control the forecourt.

You will greet our guests with confidence and deliver outstanding customer service by providing knowledge of the local area and hotel. You will also have pleasure in providing a warm and personal welcome to our returning guests and be able to recall and use their names.

You will have the ability to live and breathe our culture of being intuitive, engaging and refined. This is how you can make a difference in the experience of our associates, our guests and in our community.

This role will require an exceptional level of attention to detail and a good level of English. Local area knowledge is vital as well as being able to inform the guest of hotel features. You will also assist with guest transportation and Valet Parking; therefore a full clean driving license would be desirable. Having experience of working in a 5-star hotel is beneficial and previous experience in a customer facing role is also important.
