You’ll have previous experience working in a similar environment, hold a health and fitness related qualification, including first aid at work, pool responder/national pool lifeguard and pool plant qualification.

The Role

As ‘Deputy Leisure Club Manager’ you’ll be on the front line, delivering on our mission!

You’ll understand the importance of a fantastic first and last impression to the happiness of our guests and members. You will inspire a friendly and professional atmosphere so that all of our leisure club users receive welcoming and efficient service at all times.

You’ll be passionate with the ability to motivate, and support your team in order to meet your financial goals and keep your department running smoothly. You’ll have high standards when it comes to guest experience and brand standards and you’ll take ownership and pride in your work.

* Coaching and training of the leisure club team

* Working as part of a great team

* Delivering brand standards

* Assisting the manager with the day to day running of the leisure club

* Training and developing the team

* Design, deliver and monitor fitness programmes

* Sales and marketing

* Ordering & stock taking

* Maintaining high standards of health and safety

* Administration and Technology savvy
