An exceptional opportunity exists at our newest venture for a highly talented and ambitious Demi Chef de Partie to open the new restaurant in Summer 2017, by internationally renowned Michelin-starred French Chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
As Demi Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the entiire kitchen brigade and the Jean-Georges team, to open the exciting new restaurant at The Connaught.
* Able to work well within a large team
* Experienced in high volume food sales, preferably in a fine dining establishment
* Exhibits superior technical and natural cooking abilities
