What will I be doing?
- Preparing, producing & presenting all menu items in accordance with the Executive Head Chef’s instructions, and menu standards
- Adhering to food safety procedures at all times
- Producing high quality meals in a fast paced environment
- Working well within a team & assisting team members where necessary

What is the hotel looking for?
- Experience in a similar role ideally within a Hotel environment
- City & Guilds 706/1or NVQ equivalent Requirements
- Excellent command of the English language
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure
