We are currently looking for an experienced self-motivated Guest Relations Manager to 'WOW' our guests at every opportunity and deliver world class service at all times.

Key responsibilities will involve

* Monitor customer feedback and effectively communicate with other departments

* Monitoring of brand standards and service standards

* Actively seek out and interact with customers

* Effectively deal with any customer comments and complaints in an efficient manner

* Carry out effective show rounds of the hotel to improve revenue generation

* Checking of arrival lists and ensuring all guest requests are met

* Meeting customers on arrival

* In depth knowledge of hotel facilities and products

* Upselling package types

* Communicating correct and relevant information

* Monitoring brand standards

* Monitor health and safety throughout the hotel

* Spot checks on standards in all departments

* Highlighting any potential H&S risks to senior management

* Regular property walks
