THE IMPACT OF THIS ROLE

The CRM marketing manager is responsible for the lifecycle communications and CRM campaigns from conceptualization through to analysis. This includes both concept development, proposal, and overseeing the production process to final execution. In addition will contribute to the customer roadmap and acquisition, retention strategies focussed on loyalty and defining marketing strategies by segment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Building and maintaining customer loyalty, lifetime value and profitability by developing relationships with customer segments. To achieve this you will work with the CRM team and other key functions to develop customer segments, map out segment journeys and then develop and execute a campaign/communications plan.

* Take a data driven approach to understand consumer behaviour by type, lifestyle, preferences and transactional and demographic data in order to deliver relevant marketing programs and campaigns through on/offline communication channels with a vision to increase loyalty and lifetime value to the business.

* To oversee the day to day running of the Adobe Campaign management platform, and to support property’s with communication and campaign implementation capability. Lead the development of platform education and training for corporate and property associates, providing ongoing support, relevant training materials, one-on-one session and insights to the field

* To collaborate and work cross functionally across departments, both corporate and property level. To develop and lead the CRM calendar of communications to enable the continues and consistent test and learn approach and optimise consumers lifetime value. To ensure that the brands identity is adhered to in all communication channels and accuracy is adhered to at all times. To structure and propose CRM activities to increase and optimise KPI improvement ROI and business impact

* To deliver regular reports and ROI of campaign results including analysis and evaluation of KPIS

* Ensure email templates are configure and set up correctly and that relevant content is managed by owners

CRITICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

* Marketing degree in digital communications or equivalent. Experience in strategic planning and development of annual plans.

* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CRM marketing (email marketing focus, experience in WeChat for CRM is advantageous)

* 2 – 3 years of Adobe Campaign Standard (or equivalent campaign automation platform experience)

* Strong data analytics skills (Power BI or equivalent) and understanding of customer data processing and technologies would be an advantage

* Cross functional and good communication skills, creative skills and a process focused approach to execute multiple responsibilities and deliver on time. Experienced in collaborating with key stakeholders across departments
