We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who has good, solid CRM BA skills (specifically Salesforce & Data)

As a CRM Business Analyst, you will work closely with decision makers in other departments to develop in-depth requirements, to support of SFDC application, Marketing Cloud and Data strategies. You must demonstrate strong leadership skills in all stages of the project development life cycle. You should also be comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels and liaising with stakeholders globally.

Requirements

Key responsibilities:

* Clear understanding of SFDC Platform (essential), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (nice to have) & Data (essential).
* Propose cost-effective application solutions for maximum productivity on the SFDC platform.
* Maintain a broad understanding of other integrated systems to and from Salesforce.
* Defines and analyses current business processes.
* Achieves and maintains a solid understanding of the business environment as a whole, including business practices, processes and strategy.
* Collaborating with developers to verify and test that solutions will meet the business requirements.
* Working with end users and clients to gather, define, and understand business requirements.
* Estimating and documenting costs for projects and proposals.
* Ability to produce detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
* Requirements validation ensuring eventual proposed solutions meet business needs.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

* Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls (nice to have).
* Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Service (essential) and Marketing Clouds (nice to have).
* Experience of development lifecycle including change management processes, methods, controls and standards.
* Strong functional and technical application knowledge with hands-on experience managing requirements from areas such as Marketing, Operations and Digital.
* A thorough understanding of the Agile development methodology.
* Exceptional prioritisation, proficient problem analysis, process and project management skills Technical.

* Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
* 2+ years of experience as a business analyst in Salesforce / functional consultant.
* Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment.
* Superior interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence.
