The Role

As a ‘Cook II’ you will be behind the scenes, delivering on our mission!

You will be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.

You will gain a thorough knowledge and experience in the preparation, cooking and presentation of all dishes on our hotel menus. You will learn high standards when it comes to the maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards in your section.
