As Conference and Events Sales Manager, you will actively seek out business from new clients and work towards increasing business with existing key clients. In addition, you will train, motivate and manage your sales team to get results, produce detailed analysis and business forecasts in order to maximise room bookings and meet the Hotel set targets..
This is very much a hands on proactive sales role where you will be handling enquiries and managing the day-to-day administration within the team.
Conference and Events Sales Manager involves all your sales expertise including relationship building face to face and telephone, Account Management, Business Development Management, B2B Sales, social media (D2D) marketing and sales.
Previous experience within a fast moving proactive sales environment is essential.
