The Exciting Opportunity

The position of Conference and Events Operations University Placement will commence at Mottram Hall Hotel in the Autumn of 2018. The ideal candidate will be currently studying a Hospitality based or Event degree and will be looking for a 12 month placement, as part of your course. You will work across the different events we host to help gain a real flavour of all that the hotel industry has to offer. The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.

Mottram Hall Hotel is located in the stunning Cheshire countryside and is within an hour’s drive of the cities of Chester and Manchester. With 15 unique conference rooms, catering for over 400 delegates this is a fast-paced exciting hotel that caters for a range of guests, coming for business or leisure. This property is renowned for its elegant ambiance and is renowned for its modern leisure facilities. With a Championship standard golf course, the UK’s first alfresco thermospace spa and a Rosette rated restaurant, this is the perfect hotel for both meetings and a family break. What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. Experience of working in the hospitality industry is preferable but full training is provided.
