The Adelphi offers a traditional British roast at Jenny's Carvery, fine French Cuisine at Crompton's Restaurant or a relaxing drink at the vibrant Wave Bar and Residents Bar.

We are looking to recruit a Conference & Banqueting Administrator for a maternity cover. The individual must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages. Willing to learn, eye for detail, and good communication skills are a must.

Your main responsibilities will be:

* Basic administrative duties,
* Making telephone calls,
* Answering email and telephone enquiries,
* Inputting information gathered onto spreadsheets,
* Reporting to supervisor.

The successful candidate will face tasks with a “can do” attitude, will have excellent communication skills with the ability to converse at all levels and an attention to detail.
