As a Concierge Associate at our Marriott Hotel and Country Club you will enjoy a varied and active role providing guests with unique and memorable experiences throughout the duration of their stay.
Specific duties for a Concierge Associate are;
To be aware of hotel’s layout, facilities and tariff.
To ensure the Guests’ arrival and departure experience is the main focus.
To assist guests where necessary with luggage. Issue spare guest supplies on request.
To be able to provide information regarding local attractions and directions.
Keep the lobby area & reception courtyard area clean and tidy at all times.
Ensure the Concierge buggy and trolley are clean and presentable and in working order.
Deliver messages from Reception, to the appropriate area, as instructed.
Clean and maintain all areas through the reception and back of house areas. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Support with general enquires regarding the hotel grounds as well as any reception specific queries.
