Commis Chef - New project with Adam Byatt

In September we will welcome Adam Byatt, chef-owner of Michelin starred restaurant Trinity in Clapham, as Chef Director of Food and Beverage. We will be undertaking a new project will embrace the
ongoing evolution of British Cuisine with a new menu that celebrates contemporary British cooking complemented by European influences.

With September fast approaching we are looking to grow our amazing culinary team and have an opportunity for a talented and, most importantly, passionate Commis Chef to join us at Brown's and be a part of this exciting project.

We will be focusing creating an environment dedicated to nurturing talent, and helping chefs grow and develop their skillset as well as progressing in their careers.

The Role

As Commis Chef, you will be supporting the Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie to run a section, flawlessly delivering exceptional food to the correct standards. Your responsibilities will include preparation, mise-en-place and general kitchen duties, being flexible as required to support the wider team. The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated individual who can demonstrate an eagerness to learn at this level and who can develop to support the entire kitchen team.
