Dakota Hotel located in South Queensferry are seeking a hard-working Commis Chef to join our Kitchen team.
Our location is easily accessible by train (15min walk from Dalmeny Train Station) and bus (frequent stops at Ferrymuir Retail Park). We also offer complimentary parking for both employees and guests.
We are a 132-bedroom boutique hotel with a destination cocktail Bar and brasserie-style Grill, as well as three events spaces.
CONTRACT AND REWARD
The role carries a permanent contract for 45 hours per week, working any 5 days from 7.
The hourly rate is £8.25 per hour paid on a weekly basis.

-Qualified with a professional cookery qualification or have at least 6 months experience as a Commis Chef
-Team members on full-time contracts must be able to work any 5 days out of 7 including weekends and flexible with shift work
-Previous qualifications in Food Safety are preferred, although training in Health & Safety, Allergens, and Food Hygiene standards and procedures will be given
