COMMIS CHEF We are currently seeking enthusiastic, passionate applicants to join our Kitchen brigade. As a Chef at Corinthia London, you will be required to assist the brigade in the preparation and service of food ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times in the appropriate section. Scope and Purpose Our Commis Chefs will be to work alongside our Chefs de Partie and will be responsible for assisting in the timely production and presentation of our seasonal menus, with ingredients sourced from the finest suppliers. Our main kitchen team looks after four main areas of food service: Northall Restaurant Our modern London restaurant, the Northall showcases the best of Britain’s culinary strengths and delivers outstanding food with an emphasis on seasonality, sustainability and traceability through close relationships with farmers and artisans. Lobby Lounge The heart and soul of the Corinthia Hotel London experience, the Lobby Lounge offers an all-day dining menu and a unique Afternoon Tea experience with views to the Garden Lounge. Room Service The In-Room Dining kitchen offers a wide range of food and beverages to all our guests on a 24-hour basis and ensures that a restaurant quality service is provided to all of our guests. Banqueting We provide 8 meeting and event rooms with a total capacity ranging from 20 to 200 people. From our Grand Victorian Ballroom to our intimate boardrooms a personalised service is provided to all of our guests. Entry Requirements We are looking for individuals that understand what it takes to be the best and preferably with proven success in a similar environment. If you are a team player, keen to learn with a desire to excel, and have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills please do apply. Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:
• Previous experience at Commis Chef level from a quality environment,

or relevant culinary qualification
