At the prestigious 5 Star Sanderson London, we have an exciting opportunity at The Restaurant at Sanderson for a talented 5* experienced Commis Chef.

The Restaurant at Sanderson blends visionary design with an exceptional menu and artisanal cocktails curated by our talented team of mixologists. Just off of the legendary Long Bar, this modern continental brasserie serves globally inspired seasonal cuisine that combines inventive technique & the best ingredients with classic British favourites and our Courtyard Garden hosts the infamous Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea, which has recently won the Afternoon Tea Awards 2016 for Best Themed Afternoon Tea.

You must have proven experience within a high standard fine dining high energy establishment with large volume. As Commis Chef, you will be given the chance to experience all sections while working under a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef who will be responsible for your development within the kitchen.

You will need to have a passion for food and be willing to learn.

Flexible working hours, early and late shifts are required.

You must possess a good level of English and eligibility to work in the UK.
