Cluster Sales Manager –Corporate

As Sales Manager, you will be working part of the London Cluster sales team and report to the Director of Sales. Driving strategy, delivering results and positioning The Doyle Collection in the luxury hotel market will be just three of the key areas of focus for you. You will be passionate about the luxury hotel industry and keep informed on local and global industry trends and best practices.

Client entertaining, hosting FAM trips and representing The Doyle Collection at industry events is a key requirement of the role and as such, the ideal candidate will be working in a similar proactive Sales role in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Key requirements:

* At least a year's experience as MICE Sales Manager

* At least a year's experience in Groups and Events

* At least a year's experience as Corporate Sales Manager

* Previous catering and operations experience preferrable

* Proven performance as a Sales Manager in a 4/5 start hotel environment

* Strong negotiation and account management skills

* Understanding of the London luxury hotel market

* Ability to analyse budgets, production reports and client needs

* Proven high level account management, negotiating and presentation skills

* Excellent written and oral communication with internal and external stakeholders

* A love of travel with the flexibility and willingness to travel extensively

* Proficiency in PMS (Opera or Delphi), Word, Outlook, and Excel and PowerPoint required

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate MICE revenue for the hotel and exceed goals set by the Director of Sales

* Introduce new clients to the company and increase the existing database of contacts

* Create memorable site visits that will support increased conversion rates for bookings

* Successfully manage a portfolio of Accounts per hotel and identify new business potential

* Support the reactive Meeting and Events team
