JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY To manage the implementation of the top line revenue strategy. The role manages the daily tasks to price, yield and manage the hotel revenue streams as well as providing commercial analysis and reporting support. This role collaborates closely with both the sales and marketing stakeholders as well as supporting the operational teams. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / MAIN DUTIES ● Strategic Positioning o Implementation of the pricing and yielding strategies ● Business Performance & Analysis o Business reporting to measure performance for all top line revenue metrics o Displacement, Contract and channel analysis o Portfolio analysis and management of committed inventory ● Forecasting o Monitoring of performance against forecast expectation ● Distribution Management o Inventory management o Distribution channel management ● Revenue Strategy Culture & Discipline o Communication of strategy to the broader hotel team o Monitoring of revenue strategy practices including audits of data quality of all top line revenue inputs across the various hotel systems o Revenue Strategy systems and tools management
