The Exciting Opportunity
We are currently looking for experienced candidates to join us in the role of Cluster Maintenance Supervisor looking after two amazing properties.
This new & exciting role will form part of the team at the Hilton Aberdeen and Aloft Aberdeen – on the site of TECA (The Event Complex Aberdeen). In this role, you will be reporting to Cluster Maintenance Manager and work closely with the Cluster General Manager and Senior Management.
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor who has the ability to display great leadership skills, deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care. We require a Maintenance Supervisor who has previous experience within a similar role/property. You will be responsible for the daily maintenance within the hotels as well as the implementation of a pro-active and preventative maintenance scheme. The role shall also include the recording, monitoring and evaluating of all fire, life and safety systems in accordance with company and brand standards.
What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. Experience within Hotels is preferable but full training will be provided.
Where Will You Be Working?
You will be working for the 200 bedroom Hilton and 150 bedroom Aloft. Hilton and Aloft are both a part of The Event Complex Aberdeen (TECA). Hilton is an amazing 4 start property. It includes an executive lounge, 7 meeting rooms of variable sizes along with a cocktail bar, two very stylish speciality restaurants, fitness centre and wet leisure and spa facilities. Aloft Aberdeen TECA is one of the incredible Marriott brands with fitness room, WXYZ bar and 2 meeting rooms.
