The position will be based at our Head Office, however you may, on occasions, be required to travel to various sites.

We receive approximately 300 EL/PL injury claims per year and the candidate, under the supervision of the In-House Solicitor, will be expected to investigate and manage a portfolio of these claims from inception through to settlement or until the matter is litigated.

The ideal candidate is expected to;

* Demonstrate experience in handling matters from inception and be competent in conducting liability investigations, collating disclosure, drafting witness statements and reviewing quantum.
* Be familiar with MI reporting.
* Have strong observational, time management and communication skills.
