We are recruiting for a Chef de Rang position to join the team at Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco for the 2022 season.

As Chef de Rang, you will manage the service that has been assigned with efficiency, according to company standards.

You will build and nurture relationships with your team to ensure they provide an engaging, intuitive and refined service to our residents and guests.

The successful candidate must demonstrate the highest level of hospitality and professionalism to motivate the team towards the achievement of the highest level of standards. He/She will have an immaculate personal presentation and be passionate about developing their team. In addition, they will be able to maintain excellent working relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers.

Essential duties and responsibilities

* Responsible for executing in an exemplary way the service assigned, to win the loyalty and satisfaction of the guest before and during their experience in the F&B department.

* Strong knowledge of LQA standards and their correct application.

* Proactivity and openness to cooperate with other colleagues of the team.

* Be creative and innovative, contribute to the overall success of the operations.

* Responsible for complying with the sanitary and cleaning policies and regulations, ensuring that all services areas are clean and in order in every moment.

* Communicating effectively with the rest of the team and the kitchen.

* Exhibit a friendly, caring, and courteous manner when dealing with guests, staff, and fellow employees.
