Chef de Partie - The Glasshouse

Being a Chef de Partie means having responsibility for delivering knock out, eye wateringly beautiful dishes every single day. It’s quite a challenge, especially in a restaurant that offers a wide range of cuisines and flavours and boasts 8 live cooking stations, but for an ambitious and tenacious chef, who’s keen to develop and grow, it’s an amazing opportunity to soak up the experience of a large team of chefs.

You’ll need to come with plenty of experience, an eye for detail and a great command of classic culinary techniques. You’ll work clean and fast, preparing dishes from scratch for our guests dining in The Glasshouse.
