In this position, your flair for high standards of food preparation and superb presentation are called for. You will also help run all food outlets within the hotel, assist in the training of other chefs in good working procedures and take care of a broad range of other duties.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CDP who enjoys delivering high standards of food preparation and cooking using fresh ingredients.
The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure whilst sustaining excellent attention to detail and ensuring all food hygiene and health and safety standards are met.
You will have good verbal communication skills, be a strong team player and create dishes in line with the Company specification.
This position is offered on a full time permanent contract working 39 hours per week across any 5 days. Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends is essential.
