Careys Manor & SenSpa is a luxury four-star spa hotel located in the New Forest National Park in Hampshire, England. Situated in the grounds of Careys Manor Hotel, you find Le Blaireau French Bistro and Bar, which offers guests a relaxed laid back atmosphere and a taste of France in the New Forest.
We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our friendly team. Under the guidance of Head Chef, Jean-Raymond Dijoux, this is a superb opportunity to work with the finest quality, seasonal ingredients which are free-range, organic and sourced as locally as possible.
If you have relevant experience in a professional kitchen, are keen to further your career and are passionate about delivering high standards of service then this might be the role for you. We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for running a section, takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment and is eager to develop within the team.
Careys Manor & SenSpa is a friendly and supportive employer which has a culture of involvement and ongoing training and development, supporting staff through NVQ and other professional development.
The role is full time, with a rota operating on 5 out of 7 days per week. We do have staff accommodation (subject to availability) and it is a good base to explore the South Coast. The hotel is situated 5 minutes’ walk from Brockenhurst Village and train station with excellent rail links to Bournemouth, Southampton and London. The New Forest is a lovely setting with ponies, deer and other animals roaming throughout the Forest and its villages, and beautiful surroundings.
