We are currently accepting applications from experienced Chef De Partie to join our talented chef brigade to work with us in one of our eleven kitchens.
Under the watchful eye of our Executive Head Chef, Robert Bates, Our resort offers a vast array of dining options for our guests and kitchens that challenge and develop our teams.
We offer our guests fine dining at rosette standard either in our restaurant, kitchen or working alongside the banqueting team to deliver outstanding conference and events menu’s, we also have gastro pub food offering and Italian within or for those with a sweet tooth, our pastry kitchen.
This role offers a 48 Hour contract with straight shifts, fast progression opportunities throughout the resort.
