Our Chef de Parties will be responsible for the following duties:
* You will be assisting the Sous Chefs and the team in the production of food to the highest standards.
* Compile daily mise en place.
* Receive, prepare and cook any orders
* Previous experience in a high end and fast paced restaurant is essential.
