Dakota Edinburgh is a 132 bedroom boutique hotel located in South Queensferry, which boasts a destination Bar & Grill with over 160 covers. Dakota are seeking an experienced professional for the role of Chef de Partie.

Our Kitchen team of around 8, work very closely to cross-train on different sections and support one another in prep work. We are responsible for a busy breakfast service, a la carte lunch and bar menu during the day, as well as an a la carte dinner menu which is busy throughout the week.
The chosen applicant must have experience working in a professional Kitchen for at least 1 year in the role of Chef de Partie or above, and formal professional cookery qualifications are viewed favourably. We work to the highest levels of food hygiene and all Kitchen team members are expected to be immaculate and carry out the clean downs.
You must be willing and able to work any 5 days out of 7, and be flexible in your working hours. We will provide you with certified training in Food Hygiene, and Health & Safety upon starting.
