Casual Conference & Events Team Member

What is the main purpose of the role?

Your key responsibility is of excellent customer service to our varied clientele; mainly looking after their Food and Beverage service.

The role is a hands on oeprational role where you’ll have ensured that all function rooms are set up correctly and coffee stations maintained at all times along with the restaurant for lunch in order to deliver excellent customer service in line with the venue's standards. As part of the team, you’ll work in all areas of Food and Beverage and strive to achieve departmental targets.

This is a casual role (zero hours contract) and hence working hours may vary as per the business needs.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience in a similar role to this would be beneficial, although not essential, but a passion for hospitality is a must for you to be successful in this role.
You must be customer service focused with a great personality and lots of enthusiasm for your role. The ideal candidate will work well under pressure as this is a busy environment, requiring consistency in customer service.
