We currently have a vacancy for a Butler joining our team in November.
Under the direct supervision of the Head Butler, the butler is part of the Housekeeping team operating to provide efficient, corteous, professional assistance to guests at the hotel. He/She will take care of all VIP suite room guests and coordinate with all concerned departments to fulfil guest needs and requests, being proactive at all times. He/She will ensure implementation of and adhering to policies and procedures in line with Shangri-La’s Hotel at The Shard.
Previous experience in a five star environment, ideally as a Butler or as part of an In Dining Team.
